If impairments or deficiencies are found, suitable remedial measures are suggested to the homeowner.<\/p>\n<p>The building pass is valid for a period of 10 years. However, the issuance of a new building pass may be authorised by the Ministry in the event of serious or exceptional circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>A substantial financial contribution by the state to the costs of the appraiser is possible under certain conditions. The subsidy is granted regardless of the living space and the social and economic situation of the household. In this context, owners are not obliged to advance the entire expenditure for the building passport. As soon as the owner of the building provides proof that he or she has paid 25% of the bill for the appraisal, the state contribution is paid directly to us as the
